“In February our family made the decision to sell our home. We contacted Eric & Vicki Napoleone and asked for a comparative market analysis on the value of the home. Together they carried out their assessment and provided us with a range, which was in line with our expectations. We then received a formal proposal in relation to the marketing and ultimate sale of our home. The marketing proposal was extra-ordinarily comprehensive, right from instructions on touch ups required, through to a 20 page specification and house description prepared by them.
